Our front-end team qualifies every client before they reach you so you spend your time doing strategic work, not chasing cold leads.
We're hiring one or two experienced operators to step into the strategist seat. Warm pipeline. Real support. Strategy-led work. Income that reflects what you actually deliver.
The Role
You are the strategist clients trust to design their portfolio and guide every decision. You walk straight into strategy conversations with qualified clients — and execute the deal end-to-end with a full team behind you.
Run goals, borrowing capacity, timeframes, and risk profile conversations. Position yourself as the trusted advisor — not a salesperson.
Design long-term investment strategies using our frameworks, modelling tools, and acquisition criteria. Strategy first, always.
Select and recommend new build opportunities aligned to the plan. Backed by suburb research, yield metrics, and a vetted builder network.
Move deals from recommendation through to exchange of contracts. Track milestones. Drive momentum when decisions stall.
Work alongside brokers, solicitors, builders, and internal ops. You stay focused on strategy — the team handles documentation and chase.
Treat your clients like your own advisory book. Multiple active deals. Clear communication. Full accountability for outcomes.

The Money
Base salary provides stability. Commission rewards execution. Because you're not generating leads, your time is focused entirely on strategy and closing — which makes these numbers achievable for strong operators.
Base + commission as you build momentum, get fluent with the frameworks, and start closing consistently.
Once you're running deals at pace. This is the realistic OTE for someone operating well inside the system.
